We offer two return options: repayment or credit. These options apply to all items available online, even on SALESWith the exception of jewelry, underwear and final sales (SALES of more than 50% or if indicated on the product at the time of purchase), which are considered final sales. You have 21 days following receipt of your order to request a return and drop off your order at the carrier. After this time, your refund or credit may be refused.
To request a refund or credit, please have your order # ready and click on this link. Your order number can be found in your purchase confirmation e-mail. Once you've clicked on the link, you'll be asked to choose the return option that's right for you, and you'll receive a return label to print out and affix to the return box.
Yes, simply return your items to the store with your purchase confirmation email. No need to request a return online.
No, an in-store purchase can only be reimbursed in-store.
No. To make an exchange, return your original item, then order the new item from a new order.
Items must be returned in their original condition and with all tags attached. If the return conditions are not respected, the return may be refused.
Return shipping costs are FREE when you decide to be reimbursed by online credit (gift card)
When the refund is made by the original method of payment, a $14.80 + tax return fee must be paid. paid by the buyer. These will be automatically deducted from the amount reimbursed or the credit note granted.
It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the product upon receipt. If the product is faulty on arrival, has been damaged in transit or is incorrect, please contact us. We will then ask you to return your items and a full refund will be made.
The refund process on your bank statement may take up to two weeks. 48h to 72h business hours following receipt of your return in store.
Delivery
Delivery is free of charge for orders of CAN$100 or more before taxes shipped within Canada. For orders under CAN$100, a flat fee of CAN$15 will be charged. A surcharge may apply for delivery of bulky items and for delivery to remote areas. Standard fees and surcharges are added to the invoice total before taxes. They are non-refundable and are excluded from all promotions.
For orders in the United States, a $25 fee will be charged for all orders under $200. Between $200 and $499.99 a charge of $10 will be applied, and orders over $500 will be shipped free of charge.
It takes between 3 and 10 working days for delivery in Canada. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as exceptional weather conditions, strikes, delays in delivery services or credit checks.
Yes, we offer a fast delivery service of 1 to 3 working days for a flat fee of CAN$10. A surcharge may apply for delivery of bulky items and for delivery to remote areas.
For the time being, our delivery service is only available to Canada and United States.
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an e-mail containing a link that will allow you to track the progress of your order.
Picking
Yes, all you have to do is select the "collect" delivery option once you've reached the checkout. To find out where to pick up your items, consult the product sheets under the "add to cart" button. Photo ID will be required for pick-up.
Count on 2 working days to prepare your order for pickup. Once your order has been prepared, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
Control
Once you have made your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you can't find this e-mail, please check your spam folder. Otherwise, don't hesitate to contact us.
Yes, to do so, please contact us by chat or e-mail at info@valeriesimon.ca and indicate in the title of your message "CANCELLATION OF ORDER #XXXX". Please note that we prepare and ship all orders within 24 hours. If your order has already been shipped, your cancellation request will be refused.
Payment
We accept payments made via Sezzle, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Visa. Please note that only one payment method is accepted per transaction.
Sezzle is a payment solution that lets you buy now and pay later in 4 interest-free installments. At the time of purchase, the amount due is reduced: to just 25% of the total amount, with the remainder divided into installments (usually three) of equal amount, separated by two weeks. This solution is highly secure and offers buyers greater flexibility. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information on this payment solution.
Discounts
On the "information and payment" page, your products are listed on the right above a "gift card or discount code" box. Enter your code and click "Apply".
Promotional codes are applicable to online purchases only.
There are several reasons why a promotional code may not work: the code has expired, the code does not apply to the selected item, a promotion has already been applied to the item.
No, a promotional code is applicable only once, and its offer cannot be combined with that of another code.
Product
With our large selection of brands, size differences are inevitable. To find the sizes that suit you best, consult our size guides on the product pages of most of our collections. These contain quick selection tools and international size conversion charts.
Every garment needs its own special care. The washing and care recommendations on the garment label are the most reliable way of providing washing instructions. Please note that we never recommend tumble-drying or hot-water cleaning.
Price
If you purchase an item within a 7 days before it goes on sale, we will agree to make a price adjustment to match the new market value. Please contact us to make the adjustment. If your purchase was made more than 7 days before the start of the promotion, no price adjustment will be accepted. Please note that we do not offer price adjustments for purchases made before Good Friday and Boxing Day.
We guarantee lowest prices on our regular-priced items. Should you find the same product at a lower regular price on another Canadian online store, we will match the competition's regular price and offer you a discount. 5% additional discount. To be eligible, the exact size, colour, same model (year or season) you wish to obtain must be available on the competitor's site. In addition, the competitor must be an authorized seller of the brand.
Gift
Yes, we offer gift certificates online ONLYfor amounts of $25, $50, $100, $150, $200 and $250.
For the time being, online gift certificates can be used for ONLINE ONLY. Our team is working on a solution to rectify the situation. You can, however, purchase gift certificates in-store which will only be redeemable in-store.
1) Choose the amount of your choice and complete the transaction.
2) Once the gift certificate has been purchased, an e-mail will be sent to you.
3) In the e-mail, you'll find your gift certificate.
4) Then you can print it out or send it to the person of your choice.
5) Enter the gift certificate number at checkout to use it.
Do your shopping BEFORE December 19 to receive them in time for Christmas. After this date, we cannot guarantee on-time delivery.
For Christmas presents, you have until December 31 to make your return request.
