Refund policy
We offer refunds on all items available online, even on discounted items, except for jewelry, underwear, and items that are over 50 % off, which are considered final sales.
Items must be returned in their original condition and with all labels still attached to the products. If the return conditions are not met, the return may be refused.
You have 21 days from the receipt of your order to request a return and to drop off your order with the carrier. After this period, your refund or credit may be refused.
For Christmas gifts, you have until December 31st to request a refund.
