Refund policy
We offer refunds on all items available online, even on SALESWith the exception of jewelry, underwear and final sales (SALES of more than 50%), which are considered final sales.
Items must be returned in their original condition and with all labels still attached. If the return conditions are not respected, the return may be refused.
You have 21 days following receipt of your order to make a return request and to drop off your order at the carrier. After this time, your refund or credit may be refused.
For Christmas gifts, you have until December 31 to apply for a refund.
